Programme Overview:

• 15:30 – 16:00 Registration: Upon arrival, please head to the registration booth located next to the reception. There will be a designated wardrobe area (Extern) and an additional registration booth on the restaurant side. NB: it’s possible to leave personal belongings or luggage at own risk
• 16:00 – 16:05 Welcome Speech: Sander van Lingen from Capgemini and Jelle Drijver will be Kickstarting the event. They will give you a brief introduction about the Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) and the program you can expect:
• 16:05 – 16:20 Keynotes by Capgemini Leaders: Insights from Annet Harmsen, Head of Application Services (AS) practice, Thijs Geurts, Technology & Innovation Director, and Robert Engels, CTO AI I&D at Capgemini.
• 16:20 – 16:40 Pitches: Get ready for quick, one-minute pitches from 10 dynamic teams, ranging from innovative solutions to pressing challenges.
• 16:40 – 16:50 Mystery Speakers: Stay tuned for some surprise talks!
• 17:00-18:30 Demos and Drinks: Explore the demos of the 10 pitches in the AIE while enjoying a drink.
• 18:30 – 21:30 Après Ski Drinks & Bites: Bring your best après ski props and join us for an evening of fun and networking.
